ZAC EFRON
IN DUBAI
Looking back at the month of April, there are some moments worth highlighting right from day 1. On the first of April, Hugo Boss held a private event at Dubai's Design District (aka D3) hosted by none other than their latest ambassador: Zac Efron. The Hollywood actor flew in Dubai for press, meet & greets and this private event where I had the opportunity to meet him briefly, a friendly person and very approachable.
THE FASHION PIRATE
AT PALAZZO VERSACE
After Hugo's event, a dinner party was held at Palazzo Versace. More specifically at the Italian restaurant Vanitas, a dinner hosted by Ahlan! magazine and none other than social media star Zeynab El-helw, AKA Fashion Pirate. (Picture with Zeynab El-helw)
KENZO JUNGLE
PARTY
One of the most memorable parties of the year followed at the Meydan Hotel's parking lot. For a night, Kenzo turned the concrete parking lot into an urban jungle for the Kenzo Jungle Party. A great night with a rather exciting crowd.
ITP LIVE
OFFICIAL LAUNCH
On the 12th it was time to officially launch a project I am involved with, the digital arm of ITP Group: ITP Live. A digital agency focused on providing solutions involving digital influencers (aka ITP Talents) and the big night took place at the brand new Viceroy The Palm's rooftop suite. A party gathering influencers and representatives from major companies in Dubai, altogether we had a 100 million followers reach in that rooftop.
To celebrate the launch, ITP also decided to break the World Record for longest selfie stick with a 16 meters stick, a record registered by the Guinness World Records comité at the party.
FEATURED ON
ARABIANBUSINESS MAGAZINE
One of the biggest highlights of the month was my feature in Arabian Business; the business magazine featured me along with other leading digital content creators in the region to talk about the future of social media as a marketing tool and its growing importance for companies and brands to reach out to a wider audience more effectively.
CONDÉ NAST TRAVELLER
AT PALACE DOWNTOWN
Closing the month, Condé Nast Traveller Middle East invited me to their party at the Palace Downtown overlooking the Dubai Fountain and the majestic Burj Khalifa. An event held to gather all the industry professionals in town for one of the leading tourism fairs in the region, Arabian Travel Market. (Picture with Omar Salama and Hassan Ak)
